Shipping Methods,
Costs and Policies
1. USPS standard
shipping is free for all orders over $50! Offers only valid to
shipments within the contiguous 48 states.
This method of shipping will take approximately 2-5 days for shipping. Faster service such as Priority Mail is also
available for $3.95 on orders up to 2 lbs and $5 on orders over 2lbs. This service will arrive in 1-3 days.
2. This free shipping
offer is only good for limited time and may be stopped at any time. All confirmed
orders that were placed before the offer ends will receive the shipping cost
they were quoted at the time the order was placed regardless of the ship date.
3. Usually, credit card orders
are shipped the same day, or the morning following the receipt of your
order. All orders received after 4:30 PM MST Friday and orders placed on the
weekend will be shipped Monday morning. Orders will be shipped when all items
have been gathered.
4. There is a $7 (US)
charge on shipments to Canada. Orders from Africa will not be processed.
5. We will ship to AE,
APO, AP, or FPO addresses.
6. Orders are shipped USPS Mail, Priority
Mail or UPS Ground and should arrive
between 1 to 5 business days from the order date. Please remember, once an
order leaves our warehouse it is out of our control and the carrier is
responsible for any unforeseen delays in your order's arrival, but we will do
everything we can to help you get your order to you fast. Need help, do not

7. Unfortunately, we
cannot combine multiple orders or add to orders already placed. If you want to
cancel your order please call our Customer Service specialists at 888-688-7283.
Please note that we cannot cancel your order after it has been shipped, but you
can return your order after you receive it by contacting Customer Care at
1-888-688-7283 and requesting an RMA. See Return Policy below.
Returns:  Here is the simple process for returning an item to
InkSpecials.com.
1. Contact a Customer Service Representative by
emailing us at customercare@inkspecials.com
or by calling 1-888-688-7283 to obtain a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) code. The RMA code must be written on the original
invoice AND on the outside of the shipping box. Please note that if you
return cartridges without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number,
you will receive NO refund or replacement.
2. Repack the product in its original packaging materials.
3. Include your order number with your returns to expedite the process.
4. Cartridges & toners that are more than 30% used, will not be eligible for a refund or re-shipment.
5. We will then send you a free
shipping label via email that you can print and tape onto the box for FREE
return shipping.
6. We must receive your product
WITHIN 7 business days after issuing an RMA number or we must charge you
for the new cartridges we sent out. This is courtesy on our part to send
out new product before receiving the damaged goods and we hope you will
have the same courtesy with us to send back the defective products.
